Judging by the simplicity of the door card and the materials used, I'm going to say it's an American car from the 70's. Beyond that, I can't help you.

Looks like someone felt like customizing a mid-seventies brougham-mobile with some carpet. The mirror adjuster looks like it was sourced from GM, maybe someone else will know what the car is.
